It all started when…

Since 2000, Empire Delivery, Inc. has been serving and growing with a number of the prominent furniture and bedding retailers in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, Delaware, all of New Jersey and Jersey Shores. We have also grown to cover other areas locally and in Florida including Miami, West Palm Beach, Juniper, Marco Island, Naples, Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Orlando and other Florida locations between. Our Company utilizes late model, high cube, 26 foot straight trucks with lift gates – seven days per week. We pride ourselves on representing our clients with a professional home, store, and business-to-business delivery / distribution service that is an extension of our client’s professional business environment.

Our delivery personnel are independent business people (owner operators), who contract with Empire Delivery, Inc. to perform and complete agreed upon levels of service on each and every delivery. As independent business people, they understand the importance of meeting those obligations and satisfying our client’s customers. By satisfying those customers, our owner operators improve the likelihood of repeat business and income for all parties involved.

At Empire Delivery, Inc., we believe it is very important to ensure our delivery personnel are consistently professional, uniformed and presentable, knowledgeable of expectations and procedures, equipped with the tools to perform the tasks at hand, and totally committed to quality service.

As we have grown, we have acquired over 140,000 square feet of productive and clean warehouse space that can be used to cross-dock and store product for our clients who have those specific needs. With the resources and service offerings that are at our disposal, we can tailor an effective program to suit your retail delivery and distribution requirements
