It all started when…

Since 2000, Empire Delivery, Inc. has been serving and growing alongside several prominent furniture and bedding retailers in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, Delaware, all of New Jersey, and the Jersey Shore. We have also expanded our services to cover other local areas and Florida, including Miami, West Palm Beach, Juniper, Marco Island, Naples, Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Orlando, and additional locations throughout the state.

Our company utilizes modern, high-cube, 26-foot straight trucks equipped with lift gates, operating every day of the week. We take pride in representing our clients through professional home, store, and business-to-business delivery and distribution services that reflect our clients' professional business environment.

Our delivery personnel are independent business owners (owner-operators) who contract with Empire Delivery, Inc. to perform and complete specified service levels for each delivery. As independent operators, they recognize the importance of fulfilling these obligations and ensuring customer satisfaction. By doing so, our owner-operators enhance the likelihood of repeat business and generate income for all parties involved. At Empire Delivery, Inc., we place a strong emphasis on maintaining professionalism among our delivery personnel. They are required to be consistently uniformed, presentable, knowledgeable about expectations and procedures, equipped with the necessary tools, and fully committed to providing quality service. As we have expanded, we have acquired over 140,000 square feet of productive and clean warehouse space that can be utilized for cross-docking and storing products for clients with specific needs. With the resources and service offerings at our disposal, we can create effective programs tailored to meet your retail delivery and distribution requirements.
